You may earn additional Referral Credit by sharing your Code with others via the invitation feature accessible through the App or by sharing a custom referral link we provide to you. You may only share the Code with your personal connections via email, SMS, Twitter feeds, Facebook pages, personal blogs, or other online site or social media application where you are the primary content owner. Public distribution on sites where you are a contributor but not the primary content owner, including but not limited to Wikipedia and coupon websites, is not allowed.

You will only receive Referral Credit for the first order placed by the personal connection you refer, and not for any subsequent orders with GetMyRx placed by you or a personal connection you refer. GetMyRx reserves the right to add or delete items eligible for Referral Credit at any time, at its sole discretion.

When purchasing Qualified Items, you may choose to either redeem Referral Credit or continue saving Referral Credit to use on a future purchase of items. If you elect to redeem Referral Credit in-store at a Licensed Pharmacy, you will be required to present valid, government-issued identification to the cashier upon checkout before the purchase transaction is completed in order to redeem Referral Credit.

The Licensed Pharmacies may refuse to honor Referral Credit if provided with incomplete, inaccurate, false or fictitious Personal Information. The value of the Referral Credit redeemed will be deducted from the total price of your purchase of Qualified Items at a Licensed Pharmacy. Upon redemption, the Referral Credit will immediately be deducted from the total Referral Credit in your user account.

Once Referral Credit is redeemed, such Referral Credit cannot be credited back to your user account. Referral Credit will not be refunded or exchanged if any Qualified Items are returned or exchanged at a Licensed Pharmacy. Should you not redeem your Referral Credit for twelve 12 consecutive calendar months, such unused Referral Credit will be deemed to be inactive and all accumulated Referral Credit will be forfeited.

Referral Credit may not be redeemed for cash and is not transferable to any third party. You may not sell or barter Referral Credit. If you transfer or attempt to transfer the Referral Credit, or engage in any fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Referral Credit, your Referral Credit may be revoked and your user account terminated. GetMyRx reserves the right to refuse issuance of Referral Credit to any person who does not comply with these Terms of Use.

GetMyRx may, at any time, at its sole discretion, change, eliminate, or terminate any Referral Credit offerings and redemption procedures.

We have no control over, and cannot guarantee the availability of any pharmacy at any particular time. We will not be liable for cancelled or otherwise unfulfilled orders or any injury resulting therefrom, or for any other injury resulting from the use of the App or Services whatsoever or taking medication. You acknowledge that although you may send a digital image of a prescription via the App, GetMyRx only routes your prescription to a Licensed Pharmacy.

Sending your prescription to a Licensed Pharmacy does not create a pharmacy-patient relationship between you and GetMyRx and does not constitute an opinion, medical advice, or diagnosis or treatment of any particular condition, but is provided to assist you with filling a medical prescription from a Licensed Pharmacy. You should obtain all medical advice regarding your prescription from your physician and the pharmacy which delivers your medication.

We do not recommend or endorse any specific medication, pharmacies, doctors, health care providers or other information that are available through the App. If you rely on information obtained by a Licensed Pharmacy, you do so solely at your own risk. Links in the App to other sites may be provided for your convenience only and do not mean that we endorse these sites or the products and services they provide.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the content or accuracy of these other sites. If you decide to use the prescription discount card, or any other such third party service, then your relationship with respect to such third party service is between you and the third party providing the service.

More than one patient, insurance card, and delivery address can be saved in the Profiles section. Some downsides to the app include a broken link to the FAQ and limited availability of the service in many areas. Though the website states users in 35 states and 3, zip codes can access the service, this information is not readily accessible in the app itself.

This allows GetMyRx to advertise on Google, Bing, and Yahoo and offers some credibility to the internet pharmacies that apply. GetMyRx is a great idea, but the execution could stand some significant improvement.

Patients who are post-op or unable to get around easily would definitely benefit from the service. The app has some technical issues and information on payment and areas served only seemed to be available by accessing the website.
