Does this mean that I can only have one or the other on my PC? When trying to use the new version The phone was ringing but when my wife picked up the other end, we could not hear each other. B's post on January 26, I reset Internet Explorer 11 settings to default but it was still showing that screen in my post above and would not let me sign in. What I did was uninstall version 7. By doing this, I can now sign in. Although slightly better, I am still getting the small revolving circle so we are back to where we started.
